There are no boundaries to the the love that you have to give to the world. Many people hide the pain that they are feeling because too many times the world has spat in their face when they have opened their hearts to the world as an innocent child. But that love exists within you to this day. Your child that is within you exists within this day. Let your inner beauty shine so very bright. Do not let the hurt and the pain of others destroy the power of the love that exists with in you. Walk and feel the smile growing upon your face, feel the sun shining on your soul everyday, allow your glow to be bright, allow others to mark you as a soul of delight.

Do not let your pain and suffering hide what you are. You are a beautiful point of light, a soul shining so very bright.

Allow the world to see that light, be cautious of the pain of others, the suffering and the hurt of others. Be cautious of those that wish to steal your light, be cautious of those that want to hurt your light, but life is a beautiful masterpiece of your light created for you to live in peace and harmony and Love.

When you begin to truly feel the light glowing within you and you begin to truly send out light and love from your heart and you feel that love being sent out to the world and the universe from with you, then and only then will you feel the light and love from others, and only then will you feel the love of mother earth and the universe enter you everyday of your life.

You must realise that you are a light, a point of light to shine so very bright. To chase money and the material wealth and abundance that exists in this world may bring comfort to your life but it will not bring freedom to your soul.

You soul must fly feely in this world without the guilt to fight for your freedom your happiness and your true wealth of well being freedom and your acceptance of who you are, but a soul, visiting this time of ours with Mother Nature as your mother taking care of you opening your heart to your soul.

The father, the universe, the well being accepts you for who you are and opens a path of freedom and peace to truly feel your love fulfill your universe with light and love and happiness.

Do not let your Want of things fulfill your days with darkness and sadness. Bring love and light through the way of giving from your heart. From your heart you can see the world in a new light, let your mind think about how you will pay your bills but let your heart know of the beauty of this world that exits and you will be well.

Many people come to me today and tell me about their problems, but deep down I see everyone suffering because they do not know that what is important within this world is to see and feel from the heart. Unfortunately even though everyone was born pure as a child and everything was innocent form the heart, through the years people begin to close their hearts and live and work with the mind.

The mind is good for working and paying bills, and that is it, but the true good heart is where your true sight is for loving, caring, compassion and freedom from pain. However there are many that will destroy and abuse a good heart because they are pure evil.

So be aware of the sight that exists from your heart but also be aware of those that will want to destroy you and steal from you because they see the heart as weak.

Once you begin to live from the heart your choice making and living will be much easier and open to a brand new world.

Live from your heart and a whole world of beautiful opportunities will open to you.

Your Soul, mental health and be positive

I have discovered through many meetings with people and treatment of others that “Stress” seems to be the number one issue for people to feel pain and suffering. Through my therapies to help others and energy practice I am seeing many people become confused and stressed about their everyday activities whether it is from having to make a difficult decision  to overworking and under loving.

Many people who come to me need to understand better what their physical body is doing to understand how the flow of energy works within their bodies and how good health means living well and taking the time to be calm in the mind through Meditation and Reiki to provide better mental health and self heal to be well and bring peace into their everyday life.

Reiki healing connects your soul and your mind to be positive to help in bringing good physical health and good mental health to be well, but also with the practice of ongoing meditation that I will teach you, you will learn to continue bringing peace, love and happiness to your life with strength from your heart to your “Angels” to connect with your soul.

To understand the flow of your energy means to know the deeper physical health benefits of Reiki and Meditation.

One of the greatest causes of bad health and blocked energies is “CORTISOL”.

CORTISOL

Cortisol is a powerful Adrenal Hormone. Your mind recognises stress as a moment of great danger for you, and as a response to this, releases Cortisol as a rush of energy into your body to allow you to move out of the way of the danger.

However as you live in moments everyday that cause stress that are not related to danger, but instead are linked to circumstances, such as events, emotions and relationships, these cause the brain to send out a signal to the Adrenal Glands to release Cortisol as an Adrenaline to pump the heart to mobilise rapid energy to use to get out of that moment of stress that it sees as “Danger”.

The problem is as you are not actually in a moment of danger when you feel stress on a daily basis, the body in fact keeps still,  does not use the excessive adrenaline in the body, and so the Cortisol is not burnt away and instead the rush of energy that was created to mobilise you into “Rapid Movement” to escape from danger is converted by the “Livers Fat Stores” into sugar, increasing the blood sugar levels that goes directly to your belly as fat creating a larger waste line and increasing your danger of physical pain and disease.

The reason for this is that the abdominal area has 4 x more Receptors for Cortisol than anywhere else on the body and it is the quickest access point for the Liver to get Energy. This of course creates a level of ft around the body that many people through excessive diets continue to have difficulty to get rid of, creating more stress and more pain.

For men Cortisol stays in the body for about an hour after a moment of stress. After an hour it leaves men with feeling of optimistic, strong, innovated, powerful creating a false sense of well being.

In women Cortisol levels are medically said to stay in the body for 24 hours and the continuous production of this hormone has a paradoxical effect that makes women sleepless, anxious, depresses their immune system and may even raise their blood sugar.

So Cortisol in women lasts longer in moments of stress and in time creates more unpleasant effects.

The Solution

To calm your stress levels you must undertake more activities that create calmness within your body.

Through Reiki (energy healing), I place focus on your energy points within your body that are blocked that create a deeper fundamental energy flow within the body.

With the increased stress levels experienced by you today there is a greater need for you to have a deeper level of relaxation and calmness of your mind and your body to bring you peace and calmness so that you can begin to enjoy inner peace, love and happiness.
