To not take the time to sit and relax and meditate everyday truly means that you will be causing disruption to your own healing power and healing touch and you will interrupt your energy healing, natural healing and healing power.

1. Be at peace with yourself. Your mind has a tendency to give natural healing to itself when you are calm and breathing slowly.
2. Bring your focus to your mind and see every thought that passes through.
3. Acknowledge every thought and think about how that makes you feel in your heart.
4. Now bring your attention to your heart and feel how your heart is.
5. Now close your eyes.
6. Take three deep breaths through the nose, breath in and out through the nose, and see a bright white light glowing and growing within your heart space and connecting to your third eye.
7. Now relax, see and feel your hearts deepest desire with your third eye and not your mind. Focus on your heart and the white light glowing in your heart space, and in time you will see your true purpose within that light in this world.

Feel and live with your mind and you will lose your self healing, spiritual healing and you natural healing powers will be destroyed.

Bring together your mind and your heart, and let your heart truly guide you to find eternal happiness, and, life will without doubt reward you in every way it can. Once you realize that everything that is and will happen around you is either a creation of your own doing, either creating pain in your mind, or your hearts gift from the universe to enjoy every gift that has actually been rewarded to you, so give thanks every day for everything you have and do not be angry at what you do not have, for now, because it will all get better around you, you will see once you open your hearts eye.

Now you can use this everyday and at any time but the best time is in the morning before you start your day to give you peace and understanding of your purpose in life and to ensure you are still following the right path, even if there are many obstacles that you will overcome simply because your will is your answer to overcome all of the challenges in your life with absolute ease.

My Reiki Experience Helping Someone with Cancer…

I was wondering to myself how I could write today about everything that has happened over the last few weeks, I mean, I am constantly providing healing energy for people and still searching the mystery of what I am able to do, how I can improve it and actually be able to help others with more serious illnesses.

About two weeks ago I had a lady with Cancer come to me, she had been through the chemotherapy and well when she arrived she looked not so great. She could not stand up straight, very soft spoken, almost without strength to speak, her left leg was badly bruised and her energies were without doubt one of the heaviest and worst I have ever felt, she looked defeated.

Most people who come to me, I can say that they have some blocked energy points or they are totally weighed down by heavy energies that create pain within them, but it is nothing compared to someone who has been deeply damaged through such a traumatic disease known as Cancer.

This sweet and beautiful lady’s  energies were completely ripped to pieces; it was one of the heaviest cases I have ever had to deal with. Everywhere I touched I could feel her energies of pain that are truly indescribable. All I can say is that thank god I had the strength to hold it together and not fall down when I I placed my hands upon her and literally began to pull out of her.

I suppose one of the thoughts I had was that I can see how difficult life is for doctors who have to deal with this type of suffering every day, I mean for doctors it really is dealing with a life and death situation. As an energy worker I have a mixed group of people with different levels of problems that come to me, this year I have helped the best I can young ladies who had been sexually abused, people who have had given up on life to a point of suicide, I have even worked on individuals with the heavy energies of stress, to a point that it was beginning to effect their health.

So when I look at doctors I do admire them and their commitment to saving lives and helping others, but there is one fundamental difference, doctors can only see the physical suffering of others, but they cannot feel with their hands the true heaviness of the energies coming out of their patients to see how bad the pain truly is!

When you are sensitive to the energies as I am and you have been doing this for a long time you can immediately feel how heavy or painful someone’s energies of pain are.

The good part, or let me say the best part of my work is the blessing of knowing that even though in the beginning I can feel the persons suffering and pain, and sometimes it does take me down and I have to work very hard to keep my own spirit up, in time, I can also see and feel the change that is taking place in people a lot quicker than a doctor can. I mean I can place my hands on someone and continue to feel their energies elevating, lifting up, and I can feel their calmness, and see their happiness within my minds third eye, it is an incredible thing.

I am glad I could help this lady, I did all that I could from the heart, I truly did. Her niece brought her to me and told me about the suffering she had and the difficulty she had with paying for medicines, I suppose in Brazil it is not like the UK where the NHS takes care of people a lot better by providing the medicines people need, well I think they do anyway – not sure about that but I hope they do.

I could not charge her any money, her pain had been too much, and what I do, I did not spend years learning, maybe I have improved my work through years of practice, and working with people, but I could not lay my hands on her and then ask for money, the blessings that I have from my heavens inner light would just not allow me.

Doctors spend years and hours of study, time and work to learn to treat and help their patients, but me I just CAN do what I DO and I thank the Almighty power that blessed me with this light for choosing me for all that I can do to help others, and I apologise for the mistakes and errors of my life, but with maturity there has come a new level of understanding and an ability and commitment to help others return to their light of well being.

The problem today for those of us who are able to help in a different way than traditional medicine, is we do not have the foundations supporting us as doctors do, so even though we know deep down what we can do to help others, there is an acceptance that needs to be overcome still, but I am seeing this acceptance definitely growing.

I worked on this lady for three days straight and from my heart of hearts I swear to you she improved, she walked in the next day more upright, with more energy, better dressed, eyes wide open. She spoke more, she was so religious she told me about her thoughts and beliefs, and actually wanted to try to begin teaching me, we actually laughed together, it was so sweet.

She thanked me at the end and told me she feels better, she told me she is happier, she even told me where there are three existing tumours, where she had a lot of pain and I did a lot of work in that area, she told me the pain had reduced and that she started to sleep better.

So I just wanted to let you know about this experience, I had with a beautiful soul. Look after her lord, look after her angels of light, reduce her pain and suffering and where ever she is to go next in her life let it be with peace and love.

Take a moment on this day to give thanks for all of your blessings, if on this day you feel down, you feel that you are poor or something that you have wanted for a long time and have been having a hard time to get, know this, that on this day it could be worse.

Be thankful that it is not worse and begin believing in your calming energies to help others and slowly you will learn to live with the pain, you will learn to surpass the suffering that your pain causes.

YOUR pain may not disappear as it never does 100%, scars are always left behind in your memories, but hey if you have food on your table, if you have money in your pocket, if you have a roof, and really you have your health, then be thankful for all that you have and somehow commit your life, your experiences of what you have learnt from your pain to help others and deep down you will sleep better at night, you will have a greater love and calmness within you, you will be more of an expert and somehow, I do not know how to explain it, with patients, and I mean a lot of patients, your inner strength and calmness it will all be alright, and the Universe, God all mighty or whatever Greater Energy you believe in, will, I promise you, this energy WILL, take care of you, whether it be within this world or the next.

A SMILE, A LOVE, A CARE, A GENTLE TOUCH, IT’S ALL THAT YOU NEED EVERY DAY!

Do you believe in reincarnation???

OK, so recently I joined a Reiki share group in Brazil, and, well, to be honest with you it has been a bit of an eye opener for me. Traditionally I work with Angels of Light from my true heaven of Light but in Brazil there seems to be a real belief in Spirits, reincarnation and more which I have to say I am very closed to as I do not call upon any such ghosts or energies to do my work, and I am always told about how effective my work is.

Only today I was applying Reiki to a lady who well let just say, from the moment she walked in I could see she was not well. I opened my heart and my soul as I always do and I called upon my angels, guardian angels and archangels from the light of my true good heaven of light to come to bless me with the energies to help her.

Now as usual I could see the very pain that was causing this lady so much harm, and during the session several times she began doing very exaggerated yawning and at one point I became very worried because she opened her eyes and her mouth and well I actually thought she had stopped breathing, so I went to her to check but as I got there and I looked at her for a moment she slowly closed her mouth and eyes. At the end of the session when I woke her she began to cry very heavily. Basically I had seen all of the dark pain that existed within her coming out, so at the very end I knew what she had gone through and it was no surprise to me that she started crying her eyes out.

So I have an ability to help people, and many have said I have a “GIFT”, but I have to tell you as a Sufi mullah once said – he strives to stay humble with all that he does so that his ego does not get the better of him, and I live by this rule always, be as humble as I can be, never show or boast about my true power and never show that I can do any more than anyone else, but people do see it and know that it is a great help to their lives, well it has been so far this year to the lives of many who I have helped.

So I have of course very naturally been very curious as to why and how it is that I can do these things, and how it is that I can see darkness in others and replace it with light and continue with my own life as if it is nothing???

So this is where I am coming from now, my curiosity about who I am and why I can do what I can do baffles me every day even though I am very thankful to god all mighty that I can do what I can do. To help others with my ability makes me very happy especially when I see the results, this is my greatest reward.

BUT – recently I went to a parapsychologist to see if he can help me understand better about what it is I can do and to see if I can find the source or root of where all of this is coming from, and he began to tell me about the fact that I need to understand my past life experiences, in another words look at reincarnation and he also said that – I can do what I can do because a spirit has latched itself onto me and I have difficulty in seeing this spirit. So again I think to myself but through Reiki I do not call upon any spirits and this is a very Brazilian thing, they even have a religion based on working with spirits to help others, but really it is just Reiki, I have seen it and I did not understand why they have made it such a religious experience when it is just working with energies and it is just pure Reiki…???

Also with all this reincarnation stuff, well I tell you this is purely an idea from India and I have to say my experiences with anyone who has been involved with the religions or beliefs of India has been very bad. I applied Reiki to 5 Yoga instructors in Brazil and all of them where in an absolute mess. Then I applied Reiki to others who practice Yoga or follow Indian religions such as believing in Shiva and other such deities and I found that their self preservation is above all hidden behind false smiles to help others but all that they really care about is their pockets and stealing indirectly by pretending that they are actually good people, but the truth is my experience with them has shown me their true dark side, so I warn everyone about this.

My only other concern is that reincarnation is not believed in the three most popular religions of the world (i.e. Christianity, Islam or Judaism). So how can I believe in something that is not shown anywhere else, but above all else a lady recently said to me “there are those with religion that do not have god and there are those without religion, who have god in their hearts”, I am definitely the latter, and most of all I work and live from the heart and I keep to my own beliefs of what I see and feel is what I believe and I have never had reason to believe in reincarnation.

So today I was quite shocked to see this video posted on the  Light Workers world website which shows a little boy of 8 years old speaking of his Reincarnation… but wait very cleverly in the middle of the film you will see that his family have written a book about it and well when this comes into play I think, “IS THIS FOR REAL?” or is this just another stunt by these types of people to set the world up in believing their story so that they can sell more books and earn more money…. I am very sceptical about all of these things.

Be cautious when seeking complimentary therapy

When you are searching for an alternative or complimentary therapy, please always ask for the credentials of the person applying the therapy. Make sure you are aware of the number of years this person has been working; make sure you ask for references. There are many in this world that are and have been corrupted by the desire to steal money and energy from others for their own benefit. I am aware of many who do this. I am aware of a young girl who has less than one month completed her Reiki II and has already started to apply Reiki, and ask people to part with their money for her to apply Reiki.

This to me is not right, it not only puts the young girl at risk of being hurt through attracting the wrong energies but also she is putting the well being of others at risk for she is not prepared.

I am sorry to see that through also the dark influence of others who use their greed and want of making money for themselves, they will use the ability of others for their own personal gain.

So please always check the person who you are asking for help, ask them for their credentials, make sure they can provide references for their work, ask them who they have helped and how, just as you would a doctor, and most importantly do not allow the fake smile of others to trick you into parting with your money and risking your well being.

 

Be true to others and you will be well

Freedom of your mind, heart and soul will bring you to the light of your true good heaven.

Open your mind and heart to the truth that exists in your world. There are many false prophets and liars who will take from you money and your energy so that they can feed their own pockets and their own egos. You should always check who you are allowing to touch you or provide you with treatment.

People will break the rules for their own benefit, do not fall victim to these people’s desire to steal form you and take from you even though they act as though they have an open heart.

For those that work a lie and do not tell the truth, perhaps they are only starting but they wish to tell a lie to win clients and take away peoples powers, then that is the time when you should know that life will hit you back where it hurts the hardest. When you do not live with a pure heart and you take but do not give back what you owe then that is when life will truly come at you with a force of a storm with no heart, no love and no care. It will have no mercy and life will hurt you and drive you to your knees, it will only be a matter of time.

So always work with an honest heart, do not let money blind you, and most of all if you take something and you have a debt to pay in return, pay your debts in time, work honestly and always with an open heart.

This is a warning for all of those who have closed their hearts and only take for their own benefits and do not return to the hearts of others what they have been given from the heart.

Ask yourself everyday, have I truly been honest and given all that I could to help others for the highest divine good?

Always work with an open and honest heart because the universe does take note of all the good and the wrong that you do…

Many people come to me today and tell me about their problems, but deep down I see everyone suffering because they do not know that what is important within this world is to see and feel from the heart. Unfortunately even though everyone was born pure as a child and everything was innocent form the heart, through the years people begin to close their hearts and live and work with the mind.

The mind is good for working and paying bills, and that is it, but the true good heart is where your true sight is for loving, caring, compassion and freedom from pain. However there are many that will destroy and abuse a good heart because they are pure evil.

So be aware of the sight that exists from your heart but also be aware of those that will want to destroy you and steal from you because they see the heart as weak.

Once you begin to live from the heart your choice making and living will be much easier and open to a brand new world.

Live from your heart and a whole world of beautiful opportunities will open to you.

I have discovered through many meetings with people and treatment of others that “Stress” seems to be the number one issue for people to feel pain and suffering. Through my therapies to help others and energy practice I am seeing many people become confused and stressed about their everyday activities whether it is from having to make a difficult decision  to overworking and under loving.

One of the greatest causes of bad health and blocked energies is “CORTISOL”.

CORTISOL

Cortisol is a powerful Adrenal Hormone. Your mind recognises stress as a moment of great danger for you, and as a response to this, releases Cortisol as a rush of energy into your body to allow you to move out of the way of the danger.

However as you live in moments everyday that cause stress that are not related to danger, but instead are linked to circumstances, such as events, emotions and relationships, these cause the brain to send out a signal to the Adrenal Glands to release Cortisol as an Adrenaline to pump the heart to mobilise rapid energy to use to get out of that moment of stress that it sees as “Danger”.

The problem is as you are not actually in a moment of danger when you feel stress on a daily basis, the body in fact keeps still,  does not use the excessive adrenaline in the body, and so the Cortisol is not burnt away and instead the rush of energy that was created to mobilise you into “Rapid Movement” to escape from danger is converted by the “Livers Fat Stores” into sugar, increasing the blood sugar levels that goes directly to your belly as fat creating a larger waste line and increasing your danger of physical pain and disease.

The reason for this is that the abdominal area has 4 x more Receptors for Cortisol than anywhere else on the body and it is the quickest access point for the Liver to get Energy. This of course creates a level of ft around the body that many people through excessive diets continue to have difficulty to get rid of, creating more stress and more pain.

For men Cortisol stays in the body for about an hour after a moment of stress. After an hour it leaves men with feeling of optimistic, strong, innovated, powerful creating a false sense of well being.

In women Cortisol levels are medically said to stay in the body for 24 hours and the continuous production of this hormone has a paradoxical effect that makes women sleepless, anxious, depresses their immune system and may even raise their blood sugar.

So Cortisol in women lasts longer in moments of stress and in time creates more unpleasant effects.

The Solution

To calm your stress levels you must undertake more activities that create calmness within your body.

Through Reiki (energy healing), I place focus on your energy points within your body that are blocked that create a deeper fundamental energy flow within the body.

With the increased stress levels experienced by you today there is a greater need for you to have a deeper level of relaxation and calmness of your mind and your body to bring you peace and calmness so that you can begin to enjoy inner peace, love and happiness.

Overcoming your Ego

Your ego always wants something, and when you cannot reach what you want then you begin to have fear that it will never happen, then this fear becomes worry and then after a while this worry becomes anxiety.

Then to make it worse you begin seeing others achieve or have what you want and this begins emotions such as sadness, self failure, confusion, jealousy etc.

Your ego is your worst enemy and the greatest tool of the dark angels to defeat you.

The focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra is to master your fears that exist deep within you, to move away from your ego and in turn achieve self confidence and the courage to help others.

You are not born with fears, you learn your fears, and so your fears can be unlearnt, as a habit is learnt so can it be unlearnt.

If you think back to when you were a child you were in discovery mode and everything that you did was fearless. You would run around bang your head, cry, and then two minutes later get up again and run around again while continuing to laugh and be happy as a child normally is. But today you get hit and it can take a very long time for you to get up again, and when you do get up again, it takes a long time for you to begin laughing and enjoying the game of life that you are in.

Because life is nothing more than a game of winning and losing, and you lose more times than you win, be conscious of that, do not be a spoilt child and begin huffing and puffing and crying and stomping your feet on the ground just because you do not win.

If you are not enjoying the game then change it, but if you are enjoying the game, then keep playing until you do win, and if you have only small wins enjoy them as if they were your biggest wins that exist.

The story of the Sky diving instructor

Many years ago I went Skydiving, alone and in a very faraway place from where I used to live. I decided, one day, when it was offered to me, to go and jump out of an aeroplane. It was to be a tandem jump, and I remember when I was walking towards the plain after having had my instructions that I felt an extreme level of fear within me. It was a moment that actually I had turn around to the instructor and say to him of my fear.

His response was a very enlightening moment for me, because he said, “I have jumped out of an aeroplane thousands of times, and the day I stop being afraid is the day I will stop jumping”.

I realised many years later that what he meant was very simple, that when you are afraid, it is a very powerful tool to not fail.

Because when you are afraid then everything that you do is to avoid the one thing that you are afraid of happening. So he would use his fear to check and re-check everything and to keep him on edge to not lose his life and the life of his tandem student.

So fear is a powerful tool, and it can be used to avoid the most disastrous of situations, but you should never allow fear to take control of your life, for that is the day you have allowed the angels of darkness to win and you have stopped truly living a greater and more powerful life in helping others be happy, to find peace and well being.
