The Solar Plexus
The purpose of the Solar Plexus Chakra is to develop your courage, and to not allow the energies of fear to affect your decision making process in your daily life.
Fear can be your greatest friend or your worst enemy in life. The use of fear to overcome dangerous situations allows you to protect yourself, but to allow fear to control you by not believing in yourself then a nightmare begins.
Fear always leads to worry, the moment you feel a fear of a situation you begin to worry, and when you begin to worry what you are actually doing is living in the past and the future and not in the moment.
Your worry is about something that does not exist, because what you are worrying about is something that could happen in the future, but you do not know what is going to happen in the next one second of your life.
The source of your fears and your worries are from the cause of past life negative experiences that have affected you to become wary and even afraid of a situation that may occur because you have seen it, heard it or felt it previously. Therefore your past experiences cause you to live in the past by remembering your failures, errors and negative impacts that occurred in your past, but the affect makes you begin to live in the future, by constantly thinking about all that can go wrong based on the past.
When you were a child, you were fearless, now that you have grown up you have felt pain and that brings you fear.
Once fear” and worry come together and they always do, then they begin to work hand in hand and after a while your fear and worry become your anxiety.
Once you become anxious then you are walking about blind and deaf, and you begin to function at no more than 20% of your full capacity. You will then begin to fail many more times than you begin to win which only then adds to your downfall and increases your fears, your worries and make you even more anxious and depressed and confuse and so on.
It is a viscous circle created by the evil Angels of Darkness to succeed in sending you to a path of constant fears, and worries to make you anxious that lead to a string of miscalculations, miss thoughts, mistakes and failures that then lead to constant sadness, confusion, self doubt and so on, until you are lost and are no longer able to shine for your well being and the well being of others.
This is the path that the Darkest of Angels will send you on if you do not increase your awareness of this important fact.
The path to failure is an easy one if your conscious mind does not realise or know what is happening at the core of your Solar Plexus Chakra, the starting point of all of your fear energies.
To look within this Energy Point is to begin realising that everyone has their fears, and to have fear for being cautious, not making mistakes, and staying alert is wonderful, this fear is what keeps you safe and far away from harm, but you must not allow your fears to take control of you and send you to your demise.
About the Solar Plexus Chakra:
- It is your third energy point,
- The colour is Yellow,
- The location of this point of energy is at the upper abdomen,
- The Solar Plexus Chakra is your power point for your courage and overcoming your fears so that they do not disturb you in your daily decision making process,
- Here you create your powerful understanding to know that you must focus continuously on over coming your fears and your ego to allow you to have the courage to always help others,
- This energy point increases your ability to be confident and in control of your life,
- The Solar Plexus Chakra is your Power centre for your self will,
The energy source of fear can physically hurt you by creating negative blocked energy within your body, mentally it will govern your personal power, emotionally it will make you unstable, and spiritually it effects all matters of yourself belief and your faith.
STEP I – Energise
1. Place your focus on this point of your inner self (at the point of your upper abdomen) and begin to see a yellow ball of pure energy, glowing and spinning, like a wheel, very rapidly as a power point of energy should.
The greater you see the power of this ball of energy spinning the greater its energy will be for you.
STEP II – Look within
1. Look within, feel your courage and your Will within you,
2. Feel any energies of self doubt leave you,
3. Feel the energy of the sun powerful and rich in the colour of courage grow within you,
5. Know that there is no fear powerful enough that you cannot overcome,
6. Know that all of your fears are good to protect you, but none will ever control you,
7. Now feel the courage and strength within you,
8. Now know that there is no self doubt within you, only the glowing power of your courage and will.
Life throws many challenges that come in many forms to make you doubt your ability to shine for others. Therefore you must have fear to keep you cautious against obvious dangers, but you must also have a higher consciousness that these fears exist to not allow them to control you.
Always open this Energy Point as your point of courage and strength for giving and well being within you to help others.
STEP III – Extend your energy to the universe
1. Begin to feel your courage growing,
2. See the ball of yellow energy growing stronger and spinning faster,
3. Now begin to see a cone shaped funnel growing and spinning out from the front and back of your body out to the universe,
4. Each funnel is growing in strength and spinning faster from this energy point out to the universe,
5. Keep growing these funnels out from the front and the back of your body until you cannot see the ends of your funnels that are stretched far out to the universe,
6. If you have any negativity at this point let the spinning funnel catch any of those weak thoughts or darkness at this point and push them out,
Begin feeling positive energies from the universe entering you, energy’s of light, well being and strength and most importantly courage in your body, mind and soul.
The power of this point of energy is eternal and never ending. Feel yourself held firmly in place by your most powerful roots with absolute conviction that no winds of life can or will unbalance you.
STEP IV – Ensure your courage in life
- Once again take a moment and look into this point of energy. Do you see or feel any darkness, or doubt within you?
- If yes, then visualise the white glow of your soul world as described previously from your true heaven of light enter you and increase your power bringing more light until the dark shadows are gone and they are replaced with pure white light.
- Push the darkness out of your funnel until the darkness is gone and pure white energetic light glows brightly.
- Know that the light of your true heaven is more powerful than any darkness that wants to stay within you.
STEP V- Affirmations with conviction.
It is now time for you to connect your mind to this point of energy. Affirmations are a great way of re-programming your minds program to begin attracting positive thoughts and to grow your internal energies as a person should.
Positive affirmations are your life line to your well being, they push you towards the right train of positive thought and strength. However the main problem with the affirmation of “I can”, “I want” or “I will” is that unfortunately it ties you to your “Ego” which I have mentioned previously is one of your biggest enemies.
So your affirmations should be prayers, but not for you, only for others. I advise you to begin your prayer with an opening that you are used to that perhaps ties in to your religion or self belief.
With absolute self belief and conviction you can simply say:
I call upon my greatest angels, guides, and energies of light, of absolute good that are from my true source of heaven and my true source of light to:
- Bless me with the courage in life to help others,
- Bless me with the energies of courage from my mind to my body to my soul to always help others,
- Bless me with the balance to never fear in my path in helping others,
- Bless me with the courage and strength in life to make it impossible for me to fall while helping others,
- Bless me so that I am in absolute control of every aspect of my physical, mental, and spiritual self in my life to help others,
- Bless me so that my courage is always kept strong to help others,
- Bless me to be courageous to never fall to help others, today and every day of my life time,
- I deserve to have courage to be well to help others,
- I will always stay on the path of the courage of light to help others.

Helping others is your true path in life and this is the true path of happiness in all that you do in life for well being, happiness, joy and laughter.

The physical world you live in is a myth, the earth is a blessing from god, but all else that is manmade has a material purpose and is not what you are here to live for.
You are a being of light and you are here for a short time in the history of the world. So know that there is an afterlife that you must go to and there you will be judged for your actions in this life time.
If you wish to experience heaven on earth then you must begin and stay on the path of the Angels of Light always, which is always the hardest path and the path of helping others.
Be careful of false prophets, false gurus and people who have been consumed with the evil of the dark angels that are here to rob from you and steal from you both physically and spiritually. They will always aim to unbalance you in life and so it is always up to you to focus on your balance and your fight against the dark angels by implementing the right disciplines in your life to keep that balance between your body, mind and your soul.
Always remember there is no such thing as bad luck, good luck or curses, it is only you that create the world you live in by focusing within you and having a higher conscious self of what is happening in your life and not allowing the evil angels of darkness to win.
You know what you need deep down so make sure you write and say your affirmations and prayers, as you should, to always help others. This is very important.
Repeat these affirmations until you are feeling balanced, secure and strong, unable to fail on your path to well being and self healing by helping others.
The simple changing of your mind set to focus on continuously helping others will draw you out and far away from your ego which is the most damaging of your inner darker self.
STEP VI – Enrich you energy
Now the final steps, see a golden disc grow at this point, extending out to the universe like a golden plate growing from the centre of this energy point as it spins around you, extending out to the universe until you cannot see the ends.
STEP VII – Closing of your Solar Plexus Chakra
Once you have given a few minutes to seeing this golden disk spinning with the same conviction that you opened it, now close it, and then close the funnels and place your focus into the yellow glowing ball of energy at the lower part of you abdominal.
Now see a flower grow within this energy point, and, you are now done, ready to face the world, balanced, and held in place by your Sacral energies, your roots and your powerful self.

- Positive words, it is always very important to watch your words and your thoughts,
- By focusing everyday on positive thoughts, positive colours, positive words, all lead to positive action,
- An awareness of who you are and what you can do as a human being to help others will defeat your darker side every day and keep you on the path of the light,
